Welcome to Xoshk Salon. By booking an appointment, visiting our website, or receiving services from Xoshk Salon, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms are designed to ensure a professional and high-quality experience for all clients while protecting both the salon and its clients. Xoshk Salon is a luxury hair destination founded on personalised service, expert techniques, and high-quality transformations. These policies help us maintain our professional standards and ensure fairness for all appointments.
Booking & Appointment Policy
Xoshk Salon operates strictly by appointment only. We do not accept walk-ins to ensure each client receives dedicated time and personalised service. All appointments must be booked through our online booking system.
Your appointment is considered confirmed once the booking process is completed and any required deposit has been paid. We recommend booking in advance, particularly for colour and transformation services, as availability may be limited.
Deposit Policy
Some services require a deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. Deposits may only be transferred if an appointment is rescheduled within the allowed timeframe.

Cancellation Policy
Xoshk Salon operates a strict no cancellation policy. Once an appointment has been confirmed, cancellations are not permitted. This policy allows us to manage our schedule efficiently and provide availability to other clients.
Clients who cannot attend their appointment may reschedule according to the rescheduling policy.
Rescheduling Policy
Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 12 hours notice. Rescheduling can be completed through the booking system or by contacting the salon.
If less than 12 hours notice is provided, the deposit may be forfeited and a new booking may be required. This policy ensures fairness to both our stylists and other clients.
Late Arrival Policy
Clients are advised to arrive five to ten minutes before their scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time, modification of services, or rescheduling depending on availability.
If a client arrives significantly late, we may not be able to complete the full service. This ensures that other appointments are not affected.
No Show Policy
Failure to attend an appointment without notice is considered a no show. No shows may result in loss of deposit and may impact future booking privileges.
Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
Pricing Policy
Prices vary depending on hair length, thickness, condition, previous colour history, and service complexity. Final pricing may be confirmed during consultation.
If additional time or products are required, the price may be adjusted accordingly. We aim to communicate any changes before proceeding with the service.
Hair Fade Policy
Xoshk Salon aims to provide long-lasting colour results. However, hair colour longevity varies depending on hair condition, previous treatments, lifestyle, and aftercare.
If you experience unexpected colour fading, you must notify us within 24 hours of your appointment. After this timeframe, we may not be able to offer adjustments.
Failure to follow aftercare advice may also impact colour longevity.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of salon services, refunds are not provided. Deposits are non-refundable, and completed services cannot be refunded.
If you are unhappy with your service, you must notify us within 24 hours. Where appropriate, we may offer adjustments at our discretion.
Hair Health & Damage Policy
At Xoshk Salon, we prioritise hair health and integrity. Hair condition varies between individuals and may be affected by previous treatments, box dye, heat damage, or chemical services.
While we use professional products and techniques, results may vary depending on hair condition. Xoshk Salon is not responsible for hair damage resulting from previous services, hair condition prior to appointment, or undisclosed hair history.
Some transformations may require multiple sessions to protect hair health.
Product & Equipment Liability
Xoshk Salon uses professional-grade products and salon equipment. However, hair may react differently depending on its condition and history.
By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge that chemical services carry inherent risks. Xoshk Salon is not liable for hair breakage, dryness, texture changes, or colour variations where services have been carried out professionally and safely.
Patch Test & Allergies
Clients must inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment. Some services may require a patch test 48 hours before the appointment.
Failure to attend a required patch test may result in appointment cancellation for safety reasons.
Consultation Policy
All services include a consultation. During consultation, we discuss desired results, hair condition, expectations, maintenance, and pricing.
While we aim to achieve your desired result, outcomes may vary depending on hair condition and previous treatments.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate hair history and inform us of previous treatments. Failure to provide accurate information may affect results.
Clients must follow aftercare advice provided by their stylist.
Photography & Social Media
We may take photos or videos for marketing, social media, or portfolio purposes. Clients may request not to be photographed.
Personal Belongings
Xoshk Salon is not responsible for lost or damaged belongings during your visit.
Right to Refuse Service
Xoshk Salon reserves the right to refuse service if hair condition is unsuitable, if health and safety concerns arise, or if client behaviour is inappropriate.
Changes to Terms
Xoshk Salon reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be reflected on our website.
