Booking Confirmation All appointments at Xoshk Salon are secured through our online booking system and are only confirmed once the required deposit has been successfully paid. By making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Xoshk Salon policies, terms and conditions before attending your appointment. We recommend booking in advance, particularly for colour, correction, and transformation services, as availability may be limited. Deposit Policy A deposit is required to secure every appointment. Please note: All deposits are strictly non-refundable. Deposits cannot be returned to your bank account, original payment method, or exchanged for cash. Deposits will be deducted from the final balance of your appointment. Deposits may only be transferred to one future appointment if the rescheduling requirements are met. Failure to comply with our booking policies will result in the loss of your deposit. Rescheduling Policy If you are unable to attend your appointment, you may reschedule your booking by providing a minimum of 5 days' notice before your scheduled appointment time. Appointments rescheduled with at least 5 days' notice will have their deposit transferred to a new appointment date. Appointments rescheduled with less than 5 days' notice will result in the loss of the deposit, and a new deposit will be required to secure another appointment. Deposits can only be transferred once and cannot be repeatedly moved between appointments. Cancellation Policy Clients may cancel their appointment at any time; however, all deposits remain strictly non-refundable. Cancelled appointments will result in the forfeiture of the deposit paid. Deposits cannot be refunded, transferred to another person, or redeemed for cash or credit. No-Show Policy Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show. If a client fails to attend their appointment: The deposit will be forfeited and retained by Xoshk Salon. An additional no-show fee equal to 10% of the total booking value will be charged. Future appointments may require full payment in advance. Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings at Xoshk Salon. Outstanding no-show fees must be settled before any future appointments can be made.
